Food halls are up and coming.
The Parlor is a food hall located in Automobile Alley in Downtown Oklahoma City. It consists of seven culinary eateries, MOB Grill, Graffiti, Mother Clucker, Pachinko Sushi, Providence Pizza Co., Smoked Out BBQ and Sura Eats.
The MOB Grill, also known as Marco’s Onion Burger Grill, started as a food truck in Oklahoma City. They started cooking burgers in 2015. They have cooked over 132,000 burgers in total. The “Butcher” is one of their most popular burgers. It’s a MOB burger topped with 12-hour pecan and mesquite smoked pulled pork. So, if you’re ever at the Parlor and you’re in the mood for a burger pulled pork combo, the MOB Grill is the place for you.
Graffiti is owned and run by Jonas Favela. Favela grew up in Las Vegas and has been involved in cooking since he was a teenager. Graffiti serves Latin- and Asian-inspired dishes. The Graffiti menu includes ginger pork steam buns, Graffiti Buddha bowls, and bread pudding churros.
Mother Clucker was created by Kansas City native Derrick Foster. Foster spent six years in the Marine Corps and soon after discovered his love for cooking. He opened up the very first Mother Clucker inside Parlor - Kansas City. Mother Clucker serves Nashville-style chicken with a wide selection of heat options.
Pachinko is run by two cousins Eric Smith and Avery Cannon. Both Smith and Cannon work in many different restaurants around Oklahoma City. They created Pachinko based on what they think Americans love about sushi and different Asian entrees. They offer many basic rolls and other creations.
Providence Pizza Co.:
Two brothers, Luke and Aaron Salvatore, from Kansas City, are the co-owners of Providence Pizza. They opened their first store five years ago in Grand View, Missouri. Parlor OKC is the first place to have a Providence Pizza Co. outside of Missouri. They have many menu options from single pizza slices to their famous red top pizza.
Smoked Out BBQ:
Smoked Out BBQ started as a food truck in 2018. Owner Leroy Richardson’s grandmother, Veola, cooked for the family on a wood stove with a special blend of wood. Richardson still uses that special blend today. When visiting this section of the Parlor, you can indulge in the signature barbecue, homemade sides and special desserts.
Keeyoung Kim is the culinary genius behind this Korean comfort food. Sura Eats focuses on homemade Korean style food. The menu features different rice and noodle bowls. Proteins include a choice between beef, spicy pork or tofu.
The hall also includes two bars, upstairs and downstairs.
The Parlor has many places for you to enjoy your phenomenal meals. This three-story building has a lounge, library, den, patio, second-story garden and event space.
Overall, this hall is an amazing place not only to socialize but to take the family. Since it has many amazing choices the entire family can find a bite to eat.
