1. Start by cleaning your whole chicken. Remove the neck and the giblets from inside the chicken. 2. Once the chicken is cleaned, place it into a large pot. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the chicken and add 2 bay leaves. Add enough water into the pot so that the chicken is completely covered. 3. Boil for 2 hours. Flip the chicken every 30 minutes. Add water if needed. 4. Remove chicken and bay leaves from the broth. 5. Chop carrots and celery and add into the broth. 6. Remove the skin from the chicken and shred the meat. 7. Add chicken and bouillon cubes into the broth. 8. Once the broth is brought back to boil, add noodles. Cook until noodles are al dente. 9. Add salt and pepper to taste. 10. Enjoy!
