The Top 5 Breakfast Places in the OKC Metro

If you are someone who is constantly craving breakfast food or just looking for some cool new places to eat, then this list is for YOU! Knowing where the good breakfast places is essential, and this list compiles the best of the best in the OKC Metro. 

1. Neighborhood J.A.M. 

Neighborhood J.A.M has locations in both Norman and Oklahoma City. This innovative modern yet retro spot is the place to go whenever searching for a really good breakfast. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., they have something for everyone from breakfast to brunch. Along with an extensive, fun and creative food menu they also have a drink menu and a gluten-free menu. Some favorites on their menu are The Heap, Cinnamon Roll Cakes and Hot Jam Biscuit. 


2. Hatch 

This restaurant is an Oklahoma favorite and almost everyone that tries it comes back for more. Hatch currently has two locations one in Downtown OKC in Automobile Alley and another located in Edmond in Chisolm Creek. They are open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hatch has huge menu including fan favorites such as eggs benedicts, omelets, sandwiches and an extensive drinks menu. 

3. Waffle Champion

Waffle Champion is located in Downtown OKC and it can often be found filled to the brim with people. Featuring indoor and outdoor seating this restaurant is the perfect place to come any time of year. Waffle Champion is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and features a menu of, you’ve guessed it, waffles. House favorite waffles include the S’mores, Cinnamon Roll and Chicken and Waffles. They don’t serve only waffles though, they also offer a small brunch menu and sandwiches. 

4. syrup.

syrup. is an impact-based brunch boutique located in Oklahoma City. This business has a big focus on the local community and how they can make their own impact. syrup. is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their menu features all the breakfast classics with creations of their own like the Nompton and the Home Sweet Homa. This cozy breakfast joint is sure to satisfy any breakfast lover. 

5. Hunny Bunny Biscuit Co.

The Hunny Bunny Biscuit Co. is a cozy breakfast café located in Oklahoma City off of 23rd street. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features a menu with creations made from homemade biscuits. You may think a simple biscuit couldn’t fill you up, but these are not your average biscuits. You can keep it simple with a B.L.T. or go crazy with the Velvet Elvis, which includes peanut butter, bacon, banana and honey all on a biscuit. Whatever your craving, the Honey Bunny Biscuit Co. has something for everyone.
